Josh Havard of The Lufkin Daily News covered my trips to Austin during the 2025 session to speak on Senate Bill 3, the proposal to ban every THC product in Texas except CBD and CBG. I testified as a board member of the Texas Hemp Coalition. We supported the parts of the bill that keep these products away from kids, and we told lawmakers a total ban would send customers to unregulated sources instead of licensed Texas farms and shops.
