Shipping policy

We ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days and usually arrive in 1 to 3 business days. You will get an email with tracking when your order ships. Shipments may be delayed over weekends, holidays or during high order volume; we will email you if an unexpected delay comes up. If you have not received your order within 10 days of your shipping confirmation, email luke@tandtroots.com with your name and order number and we will track it down.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Age verification. We sell to adults 21 and over. Online orders are checked for age and identity after purchase through BlueCheck. If verification fails, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.

Where we cannot ship

State rules for hemp products differ, and we follow them. The lists below are reviewed regularly and may change without notice. If your state is listed, we cannot ship that product to you; orders placed for a listed state will be cancelled and refunded.

Delta-9 THC gummies (Chill, Day, Sleep, Elevate): we do not ship to Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia or Washington.

CBD Tincture, Pet Tincture and CBD Dog Treats: we do not ship to Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Massachusetts or Washington.

Hemp Flower: we do not ship to Alabama, Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts or Washington.

Relief Salve (topical): we do not ship to Idaho.

Hats and shirts ship to every state.

Federal law is changing. A federal change to the definition of hemp takes effect December 11, 2026 and will affect which hemp THC products can be shipped anywhere in the country. We will update this page before that date.

Cancellations and returns

You may return new, unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; return shipping is at your cost. If the return is the result of our error, such as an incorrect or defective product, we refund the item and the shipping. Email luke@tandtroots.com with any questions.
